The Accra Centre hosts the largest meditation community in West Africa, offering daily sits, weekly satsangs, teacher training, and a full calendar of community service programmes. It is home to the JCF Secretariat and the primary coordination hub for all centre activities.

The centre also coordinates JCF UK volunteer travel programmes to Ghana.
